Can you help me find the title of this book?

I read this book several years ago and seemed to have misplaced it. It is an autobiography about a gay male journalist who begins dating a guy who is paid by others to sexually abuse them. These people supposedly range from CEO's of fortune 500 companies and US politicians. The cover of the book is blue and has a goldfish in a glass fishbowl. Anyone know the name or the author?
