Does this guy have a crush on me? WILL ANSWER ONE!?

Well i like him. he is not superpopular but i am just a little more than him. anyways, at the beginning of the day i sometimes catch him staring at me. I gave a whole bunch of cookies today to people, so im like "hey, d you want a cookie?" i don rly talk to him, but at gym, he was sitting at the wall, and i think he was watching me. i have like 3 friends that know him better but dont lik like him. um i asked, just went up to his table at lunch, and asked a couple of pppl if they wanted another cookie. they didn't. i asked him. he shook his head quickly and said "no thanks". any tips for me? ive sat at his table like 5 times this yr. i kinda sit with random ppl. Please details are appreciated
