I need helping figuring out what book I read? Its like a modern day Romeo and Juliet.?

I cant remember to much. I think it takes place in high school. This couple falls in love. I remember them specifically talking about the guys blue eyes and blonde hair. Their families are enemies and eventually she finds out who he really is. I remember the cover of the book being blue. I read it a long time ago. Please help !
