Is it an Expense or Income?

good people I have an assignment that I need 2 submit not later than tomorrow, it has to do with Accounting, I need 2 know if sales return,credit losses, Credit card Account,rates and amenities to which categories do they fall 2 between this:Income or Expense,Liability or asset. I would really appreciate if u could help plz!
