IPhone 3g 16gb, It says "No Sim Card Installed"?

Ok, i followed instructions off this youtube video. I upgraded the firmware to 6.15, with redsnow. And then i went to cydia, installed ultrasnow. Turned off 3G. And it still says "No Sim Card Installed". Please email me at robellr@gmail.com
