Forgot the name of a movie!!! Help!!?

I cannot think of the name of this movie. On the cover there is a man with crazy red hair holding an egg that has a white flag sticking out of it. In the story the red haired mad likes to take things apart thats just what he likes to do.... he works at an egg factory with a mean boss.... he feeds eggs to his pet goldfish, when he finds out his boss is putting nicotine in the eggs to addict people (his fish flips out and flys out the window) At one part in the movie the girl he likes (which happens to be the same girl his boss likes) and him get stuck in a fridge that the boss trapped them in and he trys to crush them at a junk yard. if you know this movie please let me know the name... :)
