Death Threat Identity Theft From Husbands Ex-Wife?
Okay, so the psycho has tried for the past 4 years to get my husband to leave me and to take our son we had together and go be with her, I finally had enough and called her. (She lives in NY, we are in WV now) I told her to leave my family alone and that she shouldn't play games with peoples' lives because it will all come back on her. She then sent a death threat (pretending to be the Hells Angels President) threatening my kids, husband and myself. We reported her to the police and an officer was sent to her trailer and told her to leave us alone. She didn't get the point and went ahead and has opened up multiple credit cards in my husbands name, charged them up and never paid. My husbands credit dropped over 300 points (we were notified of the change and that got us investigating and we found out she did this.) We've taken all the right legal steps into getting her charged, and she's going to be arrested in the next couple of days, contacted the credit bureaus and all that already. My question: Is there anything we can do to have a restraining order or an order of protection put against her to make held responsible if she chose to retaliate and try to use my husbands social again? She is the type of person who will retaliate again and again until she drives people crazy. We want her to know we aren't playing her games and that enough is enough.
