PLEASE I'm 3-timing and don't know what to do?

Well, the day before Valentines, I went to school, as you do, and then when I got to school, I got a text. It read `Happy valentines 4 2moz lol...wanna go out with me??? :P` It was from a guy I think of as a friend, and I replied `lol, yeah x` thinking it was a joke. It wasn't. At recess he came over to me, took me outside and kissed my cheek. Nobody knew we were going out. In science, my friend told me this guy I fancy a bit was gonna ask me out... He did at the end of the lesson... I said yes... I didn't have the heart to turn him down. Luckily the previous guy wasn't in my class. I immediatly regretted it but felt a kind of confidence boost. I was like to my friend, the only one who knew I was dating two guys, you know what I'm gonna ask -------- out now!, meaning it as a joke, only she took it seriously, ran up to him and said `Will you go out with ------, she asked me to ask you` He said `Ermm... okay!` ran over to me & hugged me. The 2nd guy didn't see, and if he did he didn't react! So, on valentine's day I had three cards, three presents, and three snogs in obscure places! I had study club at lunch, so my secret remained kept, miraculously! But I felt AWFUL, didn't sleep a wink and still feel awful. I just do not know what to do. I don't want people finding out I 3 timed, I don't know how to dump, I just do not know what to do. Please help?
