Rabbit and Dog help please!?

On Saturday I got a lop eared dwarf rabbit, and Ive had a Havanas dog for 2 years. My bunny likes to roam around my room and so does my dog. When my bunny sees my dog she just simply ignores her, like she doesn't care much for her. But my dog seems so scared of my rabbit. If my rabbits still and then starts to move my dog runs under the table. But if i have them both on my bed my dog will jump off. When ever im holding the rabbit she doesn't come near me, and when i call her she runs away. When ever their together i supervise so is my dog sceard of her? Will they ever get used to each other? help please
