Should i dump my boyfriend?

ive been going out with this boy for about a week now. he got me a little candle for valentines day, i loved it, but thats it (no card,etc - i made a card). he hugs me a little big but he hasnt even tried kissing me yet. (it would be my first kiss, so i really want it to happen.) My best friends been going out with this boy for 4 days, he brought her lovely presents for valentines, already kissed her and everything, so im seriously thinking of dumping my boyfriend. to be honest, he treats me more like a friend than a gf, so idk what to do? i mean, i really dont wanna hurt his feelings, but i just dont feel our relationship is going anywhere..
