What do do about my girlfriend's mother?

There is nothing you can do. The mom is in charge and you have to play by her rules. Sounds like the mom has a drinking problem. Also, it sounds like your girlfriend is not telling you the entire story. She wants you to think she is a victim when it could be that she is being grounded for a reason.
