Does this guy have a crush on me? WILL ANSWER ONE!?

Well i like him. he is not superpopular but i am just a little more than him. anyways, at the beginning of the day i sometimes catch him staring at me. I gave a whole bunch of cookies today to people, so im like "hey, d you want a cookie?" i don rly talk to him, but at gym, he was sitting at the wall, and i think he was watching me. i have like 3 friends that know him better but dont lik like him. um i asked, just went up to his table at lunch, and asked a couple of pppl if they wanted another cookie. they didn't. i asked him. he shook his head quickly and said "no thanks". any tips for me? ive sat at his table like 5 times this yr. i kinda sit with random ppl. Please details are appreciated. plus, you may say that that is not enough info, but i have never seen him look like that at anyone else, like just staring blankly. He is also kind of shy to me because we dont really know each other, except by name and stuff!
